If, after Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and with Apex Legends, Respawn Entertainment has its hands occupied on other projects, that does not prevent fans from dreaming of a sequel to Titanfall 2. But is it only in the works?
Titanfall, yes or no? This Monday, Jason Garza, Respawn Entertainment Community Coordinator, was live with his fans on YouTube. His talk dubbed “Morning tea with Jason” could have been a quiet discussion around Kena and the MCU. But you know, when we are live, we like to please people who show up on the chat.
In the case at hand, Garza was asked about a possible Titanfall 3, which license lovers are desperate for. His answer was unequivocal.
Don’t expect too much, man. As I said before, we just don’t have anything planned. There is nothing. We have too many other games in the works right now.

The least we can say is that he doesn’t try to say what you want to hear. But what could pass for words with no real impact, on a personal channel, finally woke up the studio. And created some confusion around the Iron Giants FPS series.
Fall of titans
Indeed, the Californian company to which we owe Medal of Honor Above and Beyond and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has cracked an official statement on Twitter.
Contrary to what some people report, Titanfall is the very heart of our DNA.
Who knows what the future holds …
That changes everything. Without really questioning the fact that, for the time being, nothing is apparently in the pipeline. It is recalled that, since 2016, the subject has been mentioned several times. Without ever giving precise information. It must be said that Titanfall 2, despite its obvious qualities, has not really hit the market. The kind of thing that suggests prefers to let sleep. It remains to be seen whether this tweet reflects a reframing, a desire to maintain a vain hope or simply a teasing. In any case, Respawn already has its work cut out for it. So maybe it is better to listen to “certain people”.
