Open Road Films has released the trailer for Memory, the upcoming action thriller movie starring Liam Neeson. Guy Pearce and Monica Bellucci accompany Neeson in the movie.
Neeson plays Alex Lewis, an expert assassin known for his discreet precision. Stuck in a moral stalemate, Alex refuses to complete a job that violates his rules. As a result, Alex must capture and kill his recruits before FBI Agent Vincent Serra (Guy Pearce) finds him.
Alex Lewis is made for revenge, but with a faltering memory, it becomes more difficult to handle. As the details of his memory become more blurred by the day, Alex tries to find people he can trust to stay alive.
Martin Campbell, who has previously signed James Bond films such as Casino Royale and GoldenEye, sits in the director’s chair of Memory. Written by Dario Scardapane, who also penned Marvel’s Punisher series, Memory is a remake of the 2003 Belgian film The Memory of a Killer (De Zaak Alzheimer). The original film directed by Erik Van Looy was also adapted from the book of the same name by Jef Geeraerts.
