As always at the end of the month, Disney announced which films and series will start on Disney+ next month, in this case in October 2022 – and you can tell that Halloween is slowly announcing itself. Below is a list sorted by release dates, but before that, we’ll single out some series and movie picks for you.
After 11 seasons with “The Walking Dead” Ending. In order to make the farewell not so difficult, not only have a whole bunch of spin-offs already been confirmed, the final season has also been split into three parts (A, B, C). The last eight episodes of the successful, but not uncontroversial, zombie series will appear on Disney+ on October 3rd. All previous seasons can of course also be found on the streaming service.

Like I said, Halloween is just around the corner. And of course one name hasn’t been missing in this case for years: Ryan Murphy. The creator of American Horror Story has given us hours of horror and terror in the past – and brings us a spin-off of the popular main series with American Horror Stories. Season 2 will stream exclusively on Disney+ starting October 12. Unlike “American Horror Story”, not every season tells a self-contained story, but every episode!
Before sometime in the future also “Spider-Man: No Way Home“ will end up in the Disney Plus subscription, will now appear on October 14th with “Spider-Man: Far From Home” the predecessor. In it, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) faces Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal). The friendly neighborhood spider not only swings through the high-rise canyons of New York City, but also ensures a lot of action in Europe – including Venice, Prague, London and last but not least Berlin.
