Tom Blyth will play the young Coriolanus Snow in the movie “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes”.

Based on the bestselling novel by Suzanne Collins, “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” focuses on 18-year-old Coriolanus and the collapse of the Snow family. Working to restore the honor of his family after the war on the Capitol, young Coriolanus hopes to serve as a mentor in the 10th Hunger Games. Learning that he is going to mentor a girl named Lucy Gray from the poor and underdeveloped district 12, Snow takes action. When he realizes that they have a chance to win with the girl’s defiant singing at the opening ceremony, he does his best to make it happen…
The film will be directed by Francis Lawrence, who also directed other films in the hunger games series. Michael Arndt will pen the screenplay, based on Collins’ novel. It is eagerly awaited who will play Lucy Gray, the second main character of the movie.
