France 3 broadcasts this Saturday evening “Murders at Mont-St-Michel” with Anthony Delon and Juliet Lemonnier. When an Exorcist priest of the Abbey of Mont St Michel is accused of murder, a police captain will have to solve this strange case.
What is it about ?
Father Florentin, exorcist priest of the Abbey of Mont St Michel, receives a visit from Antoine Riberio. This foreman has the feeling of being possessed by the devil since he discovered the skeleton of a 13th century knight, buried on his site.
Haunted by the idea of having freed the forces of Evil, he asks the priest to perform an exorcism in order to appease his anguish. But a few moments later we find the corpse of Ribeiro, the skull pierced right through, like that of the Prelate Aubert, creator of Mont St Michel, in the year 709! Captain Sophie Maliquot inherits this strange affair, which combines exorcism, revenge and family revelations…
Murders at Mont-St-Michel directed by Marie-Hélène Copti and written by Thomas Perrier and Marie Lefevre.
With Anthony Delon, Juliet Lemonnier, Benoit Michel, Cédric Chevalme, Jacqueline Corado, Catherine Marchal…

What the press think…
According to Téléloisirs:
“Superb natural settings, local legends and endearing investigators… Everything comes together for a successful episode of the “Meurtres à…” series. In addition, the likeable Juliet Lemonnier and Benoît Michel form an endearing duo of investigators, who engage in a astonishing number of waltz hesitation between seduction and repulsion.” 3/5
According to Télé 7 jours:
“A captivating thriller inspired by the beauty of Mont Saint Michel and the magnetism of Anthony Delon.” 2.5/5
According to Telerama:
“As often in Meurtres à…, the investigation, sprinkled with a touch of local mysticism, is not very exciting. Here, the murderer has seen fit to draw inspiration from an 8th century legend relating to Saint Aubert, founder of the church of Mont Saint-Michel. What for? We will never know. Fortunately, the love affair works quite well. And the surprising appearance of Anthony Delon as an exorcist priest comes to bring a little of salt to this episode without much originality.” 2.5/5
According to TV Cable Sat:
“One of the worst episodes of the collection. The natural setting is not highlighted. The investigation is bland and full of clichés. The two main performers lack chemistry and charisma.” 2/5
