Hugo insists on Luna
While Hugo leaves for his freediving training accompanied by his mother, Bastien pretends to want to stay to visit the Celeste. In fact, he confesses to Luna that he doesn’t want to lose her. But the owner of the hotel is very clear: she will not be his mistress. She asks him to forget her and go away …
Last weekend, Mirta heard that Luna wanted to close the sale with Barrault and Vitreuil as quickly as possible. She gets an appointment for Wednesday. For her part, Élodie resents Bastien for abandoning their dream, especially for their son.
In the evening, Hugo finds Luna and Mirta at the Celeste. He learns that she hasn’t signed the sale yet, though it won’t be long. The young man took the opportunity to tell them his story: victim of meningitis from an early age, he had to have his arms and legs amputated. But thanks to his parents, he succeeded in turning his handicap into a strength. By buying the hotel back and decorating it with memorabilia from their travels around the world, Hugo wants to give his parents back everything they gave him.
If Mirta has stars in her eyes during her story, Luna retorts that she never used her handicap to make people cry in the cottages …
Patrick and Babeth come home with the wrong baby
At the nursery of the Marseille-Est hospital, the nurse recovers the child she takes for Raphaël, without suspecting that he has been replaced by another baby. The young woman who made the exchange a little earlier walk past Patrick and Babeth’s room, who kiss each other lovingly after having retrieved what they believe to be their child.
After the weekend has passed, Patrick and Babeth leave the maternity ward with the wrong baby. Without suspecting anything, they are drunk with happiness. The young woman who exchanged the newborns continues to observe them.
Meanwhile, Jean-Paul and Léa allow themselves a moment of relaxation at the Mistral bar, where they introduce Aurore to Claire and Léo. When Léa breastfeeds her daughter, it annoys clients who leave the establishment. Claire defends Lea, arguing that she is not doing anything wrong.
After which, Jean-Paul and Patrick meet at the bride to declare the birth of their respective children.
In the evening, Babeth finds Raphael restless. She worries about the fallout from her stress during pregnancy, but Patrick puts it in perspective.
Estelle discovers Benjamin’s past
Sylvia returns to the apartment with a huge Christmas tree. If Francesco is delighted and Estelle helps him find a place for him in the living room, Benjamin remains a little on the reserve.
At the food truck, Francesco tells his sister that their father loved Christmas and that he always did things big on this occasion. Sylvia, meanwhile, says she never celebrated it with her mother. Francesco promises her then that she will be entitled to a real Christmas this year. For their part, Benjamin and Estelle adorn the tree with decorations made by the kids from the home where Benjamin is an educator. He talks about his job to Estelle, explaining that he did a lot of stupid things when he was young before being put back on the right track. In turn, he wanted to help others, even if he feels very guilty when he can’t.
As Benjamin and Estelle get closer, they are interrupted by Sylvia and Francesco. They tell them that they have planned to go to Italy together. Francesco wants to show the family estate to his sister and plans to stay there for at least a day and a night.
At bedtime, Francesco confesses to Estelle that he is angry with himself for leaving her alone with Benjamin, whom he finds very unpleasant. But his partner assures him that there is no problem.
