The Disney+ platform will unveil its fifth original Marvel series “Moon Knight” on March 30, with Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke in the lead roles.
Unlike the previous four Marvel series, the new Disney+ original production will follow an all-new superhero, who has never appeared in any of the MCU films before. Moon Knight will indeed follow the adventures of Steven, a man suffering from sleep disorders and encountering difficulties in separating things between his life and his dreams. Imagining himself schizophrenic, the latter will finally learn that he shares his body with someone else…
Oscar Isaac has been chosen to lend his features to the title character of this fifth Marvel series on Disney+. If this is his first appearance in the MCU, the latter had nevertheless already participated in two adaptations of comics from the Maison des Idées in the past: X-Men Apocalypse (in the role of the title villain) and Spider- Man New Generation (as Spider-Man 2099).
At his side, Ethan Hawke will camp, meanwhile, the main villain of the series (whose identity has not yet been revealed), while the French Gaspard Ulliel is also announced in the casting of the series, in a secret role.
The episodes of Moon Knight will be broadcast exclusively on Disney+ from March 30.
