


On the official Twitter account of the anime series »Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer« (jap.: »Hoshi no Samidare«) was released a few days ago announcedthat it will consist of 24 episodes that will be broadcast in two consecutive cours (three months each) on Japanese television.

A compilation episode is scheduled to air right before the second half starts in October 2022, summarizing the events so far. The series is available in the original Japanese with German subtitles on the Crunchyroll streaming platform.
»Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer« is being produced under the direction of director Nobuaki Nakanishi (»Don’t Hurt Me, My Healer!«) at Studio NAZ. Original authors Satoshi Mizukami and Yuuichirou Momose (»My First Girlfriend is a Gal«) take on the series composition, while Takatsugu Wakabayashi (»Dragonar Academy«) contributes the background music to the series.
The original manga series by Satoshi Mizukami was published in »Young King OURs GH« magazine between June 2005 and August 2010 and was published in Japanese stores in a total of ten volumes. The work has not yet been licensed in this country.
