While France 2 is broadcasting two new episodes of (Almost) Perfect Love tonight, did you know that Antoine Duléry’s son is playing in the series?

Last Wednesday, France 2 launched L’Amour (almost) parfait, its new romantic comedy in six episodes carried by Maud Baecker and Tom Leeb.

Directed by Pascale Pouzadoux, the series tells the story of Julie, a clumsy dreamer who dreams of true love. After receiving the wedding proposal of her dreams by mistake over the phone, Julie decides to seduce Max, the man on the other end of the line. Convinced that the latter is the prince charming she has dreamed of all her life, Julie then embarks on a crazy adventure to conquer his heart and marry him.

If L’Amour (almost) parfait is a series that obviously talks about love, we must not ignore that it is also a family story. Moreover, as such, the actor Antoine Duléry (Le Bazar de la Charite) who lends his features to Vincent, the heroine’s father-in-law, knows two people associated with the program particularly well.

Starting with Pascale Pouzadoux, the director of the series with whom Antoine Duléry has been in a relationship in the city for many years. A union that gave birth to two boys: Raphaël and Lucien.

While the couple works together on this romantic comedy, did you know that one of their sons also stars in the series?

Indeed, Raphaël Duléry, the couple’s first child, embodies the character of Théo, the husband of Pénélope (Alice Daubelcour) and brother-in-law of Julie in L’Amour (almost) parfait. What have the opportunity to share a few scenes with his father in the six episodes of the series.

Young actor of 24 years, Raphaël Duléry followed in the footsteps of his parents by embarking on an artistic career. He thus took his first steps on the screen by playing in two films directed by his mother, On the other side of the bed in 2008 and The Last Lesson in 2015 before appearing in 2019 in Crime dans l’Hérault. This year, he shares the poster for L’Amour (almost) parfait alongside his father.
