Love Actually: the perfect Christmas romcom
Released in theaters in December 2003, Love Actually is one of cinema’s most famous romantic comedies. Directed by Richard Curtis, it takes place in the middle of the Christmas period and follows several characters in their love life. There is in particular the British Prime Minister played by Hugh Grant who has a crush on his new collaborator, or even a heartbroken writer played by Colin Firth who has an inopportune meeting. The rest of the cast includes Liam Neeson, Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley, Andrew Lincoln, Bill Nighy and Laura Linney.
Love Actually contains some cult sequencesin particular the swaying of Hugh Grant in the corridors of 10 Downing Street, or the moving scene of the panels between the characters of Keira Knightley and Andrew Lincoln.
The actors meet for the 20th anniversary
Good news if you are a fan of romantic comedy, some actors have found themselves for the time of a show that will be broadcast next November 29 on the ABC channel. Title The Laughter & Secrets of Love Actually 20 Years Later, it will celebrate the film’s 20th anniversary (one year in advance).
Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Laura Linney, Bill Nighy, Martine McCutcheon, Thomas Brodie-Sangster or director Richard Curtis were present. They will discuss together filming memoriesbut also anecdotes about the cult film.

In 2017, the actors had already met for a Charity association and had shot a short film which acted as a sequel called Red Nose Day Actually.
