On April 14, 2022, the time has finally come: Amazon’s comedy hit “LOL” with Michael Bully Herbig is entering its third season. You can even watch the first ten minutes of the third round “Laughing forbidden” now!
Michael Bully Herbig’s comedy arena is finally opening its doors again: From April 14, 2022, the third season of “LOL: Last One Laughing” will also say: No laughing! A year after the debut of the mega-successful comedy format, the third round is now underway. What awaits you in it? You can see this for yourself from now on. You can now watch the first ten minutes of the new season “LOL” in advance!
Amazon is already presenting the arrival of the new (and old) candidates, who are supposed to make each other laugh this time, but who are not allowed to make a face themselves – otherwise, the game is over for them:
Anyone who has tasted blood can of course best bridge the waiting time until the latest fight for the throne in comedy OIymp with the two previous seasons, which you can stream in full on Amazon Prime Video. And if that’s still not enough for you, you can look forward to numerous international offshoots of the format (including from Mexico, Canada, or France), which you can also stream with your Prime subscription at no additional cost.
If you already know the old episodes and prefer to look ahead instead, you can get to know the participants of the latest season in the video above – with numerous new faces, some old acquaintances, and a very special guest.
One last time: Mirco Nontschew
After Mirco Nontschew died in December 2021 at the age of only 51, there seemed to be a big question mark over the third season of “LOL” – because the native of East Berlin was once again part of the cast. In the end, however, his tragic death did not change Amazon’s release plans: The third season, which had already been completed before Nonchev’s death, will now be released as planned – with Mirco Nonchev, who now takes the stage one last time to do this, what he does best: making people laugh.
It remains to be seen who will be able to hold back their laughter this time, take the pot home and follow in the footsteps of Torsten Sträter and Max Giermann, who emerged victorious in seasons 1 and 2. In addition to the two returnees, Carolin Kebekus (for the second time) and Anke Engelke (for the third time), new German comedy icons await you.
