Power? Did you say power? Lenovo has just unveiled a Legion 7 laptop which is equipped in particular with an overpowered Nvidia RTX 3080 ti.
If you are afraid of running out of power on a laptop, know that Lenovo has just unveiled 4 new laptops, namely the Legion 7 and 7i as well as the Legion Slim 7 and Slim 7i. The most impressive of them in terms of power is unequivocally the Lenovo Legion 7/7i which is very high-end.
Lenovo shows the muscles
With an aluminum and magnesium chassis, Lenovo lays the groundwork. 16-inch format, IPS screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz Mini-LED and QHD + definition. On the processor side, we have the choice between AMD and Intel (the Legion 7i for Intel), namely being able to go up to an Intel Core i9-12900HX or an AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX, coupled with 32 GB of RAM in DDR5 at 4,800 MHz.
For the graphics card, you can also choose between two manufacturers, namely Nvidia or AMD. Either for example an RTX 3080 Ti or a Radeon RX 6850M. Obviously, there is clearly enough to overheat the chassis with all this. This is why Lenovo has bet on a new cooling system based on a vapor chamber. Knowing that the case is barely 2cm thick, it is a must (note also that the device weighs 2.3kg).
A stinging price
The Lenovo Legion 7 with AMD processor will be launched in July from 2599 euros and the Intel version will be more expensive at 2999 euros. Obviously, the version with an RTX 3080 Ti should greatly exceed this price.
