


As part of a collaboration with the Japanese company YA-MAN promotes Komi-san from the anime series »Komi Can’t Communicate« as an ambassador for hair care products of the »YA-MAN TOKYO JAPAN« brand. You can find a commercial later in this article.
Products are designed to boost self-confidence
Under the slogan “Changing Beauty”, the company wants to use its products to fulfill people’s desire for more self-confidence so that they learn to appreciate themselves more and thus bring a more positive way of thinking into their lives.
Immediately on the YA-MAN Twitter account three campaigns will take place in which users can support Komi-san by retweeting. Upon reaching the number 5330 (Komi-san), one will encounter a more mature Komi-san who has gathered all her courage thanks to the support. As of this writing, the first post has received 4,669 retweets.
The anime adaptation of »Komi Can’t Communicate« consists of two seasons so far, which are available on demand in Germany with German and Japanese soundtracks on the Netflix streaming platform. The original manga is published by TOKYOPOP with a German translation.
