No more noise from the corridors, the Iron Man game from Electronic Arts is official. Developer, talents, scope, here are the few details known about this project.
Subject of rumors for a few weeks, the Iron Man game from Electronic Arts is confirmed. The third-person single-player title is in development at EA Motive. Here is what we know about this project which will not happen for a long time.
A big single-player Iron Man game by the devs of Dead Space Remake
An Iron Man game is officially in development at EA Motive, currently on Dead Space Remake. The title is headed by Olivier Proulx, who had already done wonders on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. He will be supported by industry veterans like Ian Frazier (BioWare), Maëlenn Lumineau (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Immortal Fenyx Rising), and JF Poirier (Ubisoft).
Only in pre-production, the Iron Man project will be a single-player third-person action game. It will tell an original, “fresh” story revolving around Tony Stark. We also recall that a Black Panther game would also be in development at EA.
We’re thrilled to partner with the talented team at Motive Studio to bring their original take on one of Marvel’s most important, powerful and beloved characters. Their experience creating established universes and exhilarating gameplay, combined with their genuine passion for this armored icon, will fuel our quest to deliver a love letter to a legendary hero, all in the form of the game Iron Man. ultimate.
