At only 24 years old, Alexandra Grand-Girard, nicknamed Alex, is a young woman filled with ambition and energy. While studying law, she discovered, thanks to her little sister Ilona, the world of influencers. Passionate about it, she made the crazy bet to put aside her studies to set up her own agency with the help of her best friend Romain.

The worthy successor of Hollywood Girls?
In 2012, NRJ12 launched with great fanfare Hollywood Girls, a scripted reality like The Hills, with Nabilla Benattia, Caroline Receveur or Shauna Sand, who had met with little success. More than 5 years after its shutdown, the channel is retrying the experience with Influences, a daily soap opera in the news that follows a growing influencer agency.
The pitch: at only 24 years old, Alexandra Grand-Girard, played by Mégane Lemiel, is a young woman filled with ambition and energy. While studying law, she discovered, thanks to her little sister Ilona, the world of influencers.
Passionate about it, she made the crazy bet to put aside her studies to set up her own agency with the help of her best friend Romain. Very quickly, the agency meets with success and becomes a reference for all the biggest influencers.
However, success attracts jealousy and the envy and behaviors of some people change. Alex will then have to juggle the adventures of her love life with her boyfriend Tom and the professional disillusions caused by her rivals Michaël from Celebrity Factory and Sandra, the host of Sandra Confidential.
But one day everything changes: Alex is the victim of a mysterious car accident and falls into a coma. How will the agency manage to live without Alex? Will Romain manage to manage the influencers? Was Alex really the victim of an accident or was it a premeditated act?
Produced by La Grosse Équipe, already behind Hollywood Girls but also The Reality TV Les Anges, and by JLA Production (The Mysteries of Love), Influences offers us a series in its time which is reminiscent of Magali’s success story Berdah and his influencer agency Shauna Events. With the many scandals surrounding the world of reality TV and influence, the writers will have something to inspire to offer us a fiction rich in twists and turns.
If the acting leaves something to be desired (many take their first steps in front of the camera), the intrigues, like any good self-respecting soap, promise to keep us coming back day after day. For the time being, 65 episodes of 26 minutes have been ordered by the channel.
