“Inexorable”, the new film by Fabrice Du Welz which will be released on April 6, is revealed with a trailer. Benoît Poelvoorde will be confronted with Alba Gaïa Bellugi.

After Message from the King (2017) then Adoration (2019), Fabrice Du Welz returns with a new thriller: Inexorable. The Belgian director surrounds himself this time with his compatriot Benoît Poelvoorde, Mélanie Doutey and Alba Gaïa Bellugi in the lead role. The actress plays Gloria, a strange young woman who will interfere in the life of Marcel Bellmer, an author whose first novel, Inexorable, was a great success, but who is struggling to find new inspiration.
Gloria then manages to get hired by Jeanne, Marvel’s wife, and quickly attracts the affection of their daughter Lucie. However, she is hiding a secret and her disturbing fascination with Marcel will lead him into a trap.

While the film was presented at the last Deauville festival, Jokers has finally unveiled the teaser. Inexorable turns out as expected a mystery thriller where passionate love and violent impulses mingle. We can indeed see in the video Alba Gaïa Bellugi nervously biting her arm until it bled (a little nod to Serious). The actress, who has been shooting since she was a child, and who was revealed with the mini-series Manon 20 years old should mark the spirits a little more with Inexorable.
The film will be released in theaters on April 6, 2022.
