Indiana Jones 5 is full of images

After Mads Mikkelsen as a villain and a Harrison Ford ready to make his whip speak, new images ofIndiana Jones 5 have been revealed. Snapshots (available in our gallery) which present the character of Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Dying can wait…) still very mysterious. According to Ford, it would be a “pioneer in ethical accounting”. Shaunette Renée Wilson (Black Panther) is also there with Boyd Hollbrook, aka Klaber, Voller’s “crazy minion” played by Mikkelsen.

But the most important image, which we have isolated below, is the first extract of the opening sequence which will be the subject of debate from Indiana Jones 5, which will plunge us into the 1940s, in 1944 precisely.

What could corner and divide the public? In this introduction to Indiana Jones 5, director James Mangold will use the technique to rejuvenate Harrison Ford. ILM, the special effects company of George Lucas (Star Wars), was based on archival documents of the actor.

Producer Kathleen Kennedy hopes viewers like it:

I hope that, even if we talk about it in terms of technology, the audience watches the film thinking, “Oh my god, they just found footage. It’s something they shot 40 years ago.” You have to instantly think “I’m in an Indiana Jones movie”.

Dr. Jones is already conquered by what he saw:

This is the first time that I see and where I believe it. It’s a little scary. I’m not sure I want to know how it works, but it works. However, it doesn’t make me want to be young. I am happy to have gained my age.
