While the “Fantastic Beasts” series has recently been weakening, one is also looking outside of the “Harry Potter- Studios Warner Bros. for the next big franchise hit that goes in the same vein as the story of the world-famous sorcerer’s apprentice. And Netflix could possibly have found what they were looking for here, as “The School For Good And Evil” brings along some ingredients that should at least make Potterheads curious.
This is also an adaptation of a fantasy book series that takes us to a magical school whose students play a crucial role in the fight for the fate of the entire world. At the School For Good And Evil, not only wizards and witches are taught, but also all sorts of other aspiring fairy tale characters. While the school branch for good produces heroes and heroines, the evil counterpart trains the villains of tomorrow.
