After 5 films, the “Ice Age” franchise is back with a new opus called “The Ice Age: Adventures of Buck Wild”, a spin-off centered on the characters Buck, Crash and Eddie.
Five years have passed since the last sequel to Ice Age, Laws of the Universe. The prehistoric franchise returns this time to Disney + with a new film, Ice Age: Adventures of Buck Wild. This new opus is actually a spin-off and will focus on the adventures of the infernal trio: Buck, Crash and Eddie.
On the occasion of Disney + Day, a first trailer was unveiled, as well as a date: January 28, 2022.
According to the first images, Sid, Diego and Manny are indeed back, but the plot will focus on the three friends, trapped in “the lost world”, a universe populated by dinosaurs and other dangerous creatures.
On the dubbing side, the Briton Simon Pegg will lend his voice to Buck; Seann William Scott to Crash and Josh Peck to Eddie. This spin-off project was initially to take the form of a series, still focused on Buck. In cinema, the first 5 parts of the saga brought in more than $ 3.2 billion worldwide. There is no doubt that this new film will delight fans.
