M6 is broadcasting “I love it to lie” this evening, a romantic comedy with Julie de Bona and Samir Boitard. Did you know that Guillaume Labbé, who notably played in “I promise you” and “Plan Cœur”, co-wrote the screenplay?
M6 offers tonight from 9:05 p.m. I love it to lie, an offbeat romantic comedy with Julie de Bona and Samir Boitard. We follow Zoe, a hardened bachelor who struggles to find love, until the day she meets Robinson.
A romance that lasts… 2 hours… before the latter falls into a coma. A misunderstanding later, here she is engaged to this man and in charge of her 2 children during her stay in the hospital.
Taking herself completely to the game, Zoe will have to play the perfect girlfriend of a man she barely knows … But by dint of lies and in contact with the universe of this charming stranger, wouldn’t she end up believing to this love? What will happen when Robinson wakes up?
Real little UFO, this TV movie full of pep’s which multiplies misunderstandings and funny situations was written by none other than Guillaume Labbé, an actor who won public recognition in 2008 thanks to his role in Netflix’s romantic comedy Plan Coeur .
If the young man has since chained the leading roles, especially in I promise you, French remake of This is Us, the fact remains that it is in writing that he began his career. The actor was thus trained in this art at the International School of Audiovisual Creation and Production (Eicar), which gave him the opportunity to work as a screenwriter on the short format Parents manual.
A formative experience that allowed him to meet Carole Greep with whom he co-wrote Je t’aime à mentir.
