“How I Met Your Father”, the spin-off of “How I Met Your Mother”, will arrive in France on Disney+. The series will be broadcast on March 9 with us, two months after the United States.
A spin-off for How I Met Your Mother
In 2005 began series How I Met Your Mother. In it, Ted Mosby told his children about his past adventures when he was a young adult. A long story with the promise, at the end, that they will know how he met their mother. But before that, the fun daily life of Ted and his friends Robin, Marshall, Lily and Barney is presented to us. Following the same concept, a spin-off named How I Met Your Father has been developed. This time it’s to Hilary Duff to lead the show by performing Sophia, who tells his son about his struggles to find love in 2021.
Alongside the actress revealed by Lizzie McGuire, we will find Chris Lowell, Francia Raisa, Tien Tran, Suraj Sharma and Tom Ainsley, while Kim Cattrall lends her voice to the Sophie of the future who tells this story to her son. In the original series, this voiceover was carried by Bob Saget, who died on January 9, 2022.
