House Of The Dragon is finally here and fan interest is huge. The first record: “House Of The Dragon” was watched by almost ten million people when it premiered on Sunday in the USA, making it the most-watched premiere of a new series on HBO.
The announced HBO parent company Warner Bros. Discovery. The 9.996 million viewers came together via pay channel HBO and the streaming service HBO Max. In other countries with HBO Max, too, the “House Of The Dragon” pilot episode was the biggest start in the relatively young history of the streaming platform.

The second record: In the first six hours after the release, 2.6 million US households watched “House Of The Dragon” Episode 1. This makes the “Game Of Thrones” prequel the best pay-tv or streaming premiere of the delivered in 2022.
