Fairy tale characters also have to go to school. At the school for good and evil, Snow White, Cinderella, various stepmothers and witches learn what they need for their job: how to be really nice and bad or good. When friends Sophie (Sophia Anne Caruso) and Agatha (Sofia Wylie) are admitted to this school in “The School For Good And Evil”, they can’t believe at first that such a place really exists…
And that’s not all: the friendship between the two is put to the test when they are sorted into different courses at school – contrary to their actual expectations. Sophie, who always dreamed of being a princess, goes to school for evil, while the rather gloomy Agatha should learn good. But all these troubles are forgotten when the school and even the whole world is threatened by an evil force and the friends must work together to save them all.

In the roles of the students, we mainly see young talent, but the teaching staff packs a punch: Oscar winner Charlize Theron plays Lady Lesso, who teaches at the School of Evil. Michelle Yeoh as Professor Anemone and Kerry Washington as Professor Dovey, on the other hand, take the young fairy tale characters under their wing at the School for Good. Laurence Fishburne will play the principal, Cate Blanchett will serve as the narrator, and Ben Kingsley has an undisclosed role.
The whole thing is staged by “Bridesmaids” and “Ghostbusters-director Paul Feig. The School For Good And Evil comes exclusively to Netflix on October 19, 2022.
