Disney has shared the first image featuring Amy Adams and Maya Rudolp from the “Enchanted” sequel, “Disenchanted.”



Coming 15 years later, “Disenchanted,” the sequel to the adventure comedy movie “Enchanted” starring Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden and Susan Sarandon, will debut on Disney+ next fall.
“Enchanted” told an entertaining story that began as a classic Disney animation but continues today in Manhattan. Princess Giselle (Adams), who lives in the magical kingdom of Andalasia, is punished by the Evil Queen and sent to the real world. The life of Robert Philip (Dempsey), a modest man living in Manhattan, is turned upside down when other fairy tale heroes such as Prince Charming, talking animals and the Evil Queen follow Giselle.
In the sequel “Disenchanted” Amy Adams, James Marsden and Patrick Dempsey return with their roles in the first movie, as they Maya Rudolph, Yvette Nicole Brown, Jayma Mays and Oscar Nuñez agrees. Here’s the plot, according to the official synopsis: Ten years after being happily ever after, Giselle, Robert, and Robert’s daughter Morgan (Gabriella Baldacchino) move into a new house in the suburb of Monroeville. The community is overseen by Malvina Monroe (Rudolph), who has bad intentions about this family. When troubles arise, Giselle wishes their life would be the perfect fairy tale, but the spell backfires and Giselle must fight to save her family and the Andalasia kingdom’s homeland before the clock strikes midnight.
