“Moloch” was already receiving a ton of positive reviews when the Dutch genre entry recently launched directly in the US on local horror streaming service Shudder. In this country, the distributor Splendid Film is thankfully taking a different approach. Because he brings the title with Sallie Harmsen (“The Postcard Killings”), Alexandre Willaume-Jantzen (“The Wheel of Time”) and Jack Wouterse (“Fenix”) in the most important roles, initially at the fantasy film festivals on big screens.
These are currently running in seven major German cities. While the “Moloch” screenings in Berlin and Munich have already been completed, the events in Hamburg, Cologne and Stuttgart will only take place from September 14th to 21st, 2022 and in Nuremberg and Frankfurt from September 21st to 28th. On which day “Moloch” is shown in your city, you can Check here and order tickets for this and other screenings there.
If you don’t make it to the cult Fantasy Filmfest, that would be a pity, but at least in this case it’s no big deal. Then “Moloch” appears in this country already on October 21, 2022 on Blu-ray and DVD. Both formats with FSK-16 approval can already be pre-ordered from online providers such as Amazon:

Parallel to the regular releases, director and screenwriter Nico van den Brink’s cinema debut is available as a lavishly designed Blu-ray media book. A really cool-looking, exclusive cover artwork was given and a 16-page booklet full of photos and information was included. It also comes with a second film as a bonus: the haunted house and ghost shocker The Evil Next Door.
If you are interested, you should hurry up with the order. Because the edition is strictly limited and should – especially after the festival performances – be sold out very quickly or only available at crazy prices:
