After the broadcast this evening on M6 of the bonus “Le mariage de Marjorie”, the series “En Famille” will be back this summer for a season 11 which is already filming. And a new premium should also soon see the light of day.
After the broadcast last summer of season 10, which had been marked by the arrival of Gérémy Crédeville in the role of the new companion of Roxane (Charlie Bruneau), En Famille is back tonight on M6 with a new bonus titled “Marjorie’s wedding”.
A double episode which sees the entire Le Kervelec tribe go to the Basque Country, to the Escourrou, to celebrate the union of Marjorie (Jeanne Savary) and Jean-Pierre (Olivier Mag) who, after two years of love without clouds, will finally say “yes”. But not without some last-minute unforeseen events and tensions within the family.
And the good news for fans of the series is that the Le Kervelec adventures are far from over.
En Famille back this summer for season 11
Due to the good audience scores achieved by En Famille during the summer of 2021 (2.7 million viewers on average and 21% among the FRDA-50), which enabled it to establish itself as the most watched by those under 50, M6 has logically ordered a season 11 which is already being filmed according to Jeanne Savary.
“Yes Yes Yes !”, responds the interpreter of Marjorie when Gala asks him if the faithful of En Famille will have the pleasure of discovering an eleventh season soon. “We thank the viewers for being there and allowing us to continue. We are shooting it at the moment and it will be broadcast this summer”.
A new writing bonus
On the bonus side, two episodes of 52 minutes each entitled “Hell’s Night” and “Operation Survival” had been announced by M6 in 2020. But the channel confirmed to us that they had not ultimately been shot and that they would not see the light of day.
But, according to our information, an exceptional new episode, which will take the form of a 2×52 minutes, is currently being written and should start shooting during the year. This premium is currently titled “The Inheritance” and it should be centered on the character of Brigitte embodied by Marie Vincent.
