The role of Christopher Walken is that of Shaddam Corrino IV at the head of the House in power in this part of Dune, and therefore Emperor of the Known Universe.
He is one of the newcomers, including Florence Pugh and Austin Butler. Florence Pugh will play the role of Irula, who is none other than Shaddam’s daughter Corrino IV.
