Don’t abandon me : What is it about ?
The plot of TF1’s telefilm event revolves around the young Achilles, aged twelve. After spending most of his life in investing – understand a decade – he faces yet another upheaval. Thereby, Achilles is forced to leave his foster family for a house where complete strangers await. Separated from those with whom he grew up, the boy loses all his bearings. Equally, her biological mother fights for custody of the pre-adolescent … But during the various trials he will have to overcome, Achille can count on unwavering support of Romain, his educator.
Behind the camera Don’t abandon me, director Didier Bivel (From one world to another). Olivier Gorce (Persona non grata) and Sabrina Compeyron (A bad boy) sign the TV movie script.
Don’t abandon me : with who ?
Maxime Bergeron (Askip) lends his features to the young protagonist of Don’t abandon me. In the role of his educator, Romain, we find Michaël Youn (A French affair). Manon Azem (They were 10), aka Hermione Granger’s voice actor in Harry potter, plays the mother of the child, while Fauve Hautot (Astrid and Raphaëlle), for her part, is camping Marion, who welcomes Achille to his home. The dancer and actress has poured out LCI about his character in Don’t abandon me. She explains that to apprehend the latter, she spoke a lot with the mother of one of her closest friends, herself host family.
As she has a lot of experience in this matter, I asked her for advice. Then we had to find the sweetness, see how a mother behaved, because it’s something that is far from me.
For the record, this is not the first time that Fauve Hautot gives the answer to Maxime Bergeron in a television fiction. And she full of praise on the young actor!
Maxime, I found him very surprising, very square. He’s a great kid, he’s bluffing sincerity.
Armelle Deutsch (Alice Nevers, the judge is a woman), Vincent Heneine (VTC) as well as the late Jean-François Stévenin, sacred monster of French cinema, also appear in Don’t abandon me.
