After a drunken night, Jonas (Grégory Montel) decides on a whim to visit his former girlfriend, Léa (Anaïs Demoustier), with whom he is still in love. Despite their still passionate relationship, Léa rejects him.
Distraught, Jonas goes to the café opposite to write him a long letter, shaking up his working day and arousing the curiosity of the owner of the café (Grégory Gadebois). The day has only just begun …
Here is the starting point of Chère Léa, a tender and bittersweet comedy, carried by the trio Grégory Montel, Grégory Gadebois and Anaïs Demoustier. Léa Drucker, Nadège Beausson-Diagne and Pablo Pauly are also in the credits.

Chère Léa is Jérôme Bonnell’s 7th feature film. The filmmaker notably directed Le Temps de l’Aventure with Gabriel Byrne and Emmanuelle Devos, as well as A trois on y va, with the trio Anaïs Demoustier, Félix Moati and Sophie Verbeeck.
