Clint Eastwood is back. The filmmaker will once again put himself on the stage with “Cry Macho”, his next production, expected on November 10 in cinemas.

Clint Eastwood: an icon never tired

The actor / director, now 91 years old, does not yet intend to retire. Clint Eastwood will be back soon with Cry Macho, his new achievement, in which he will also play. In his 60-year career, Clint Eastwood has toured with the greatest, and has especially staged undeniable masterpieces of the seventh art. Whether westerns (Ruthless), detective films (Mystic river), dramas (Million Dollar Baby) or comedies (Space Cowboys), Clint Eastwood has dabbled in everything. For his fortieth achievement, he is back with Cry Macho.

Cry Macho : first trailer

After The mule in 2018, Clint Eastwood decides to take the stage again. The actor will once again play an aging and nostalgic character for a bygone era. Cry Macho tells how a former rodeo star turned hair breeder accepts a perilous mission. Indeed, one of his former bosses asks him to pick up his son in Mexico, who lives with his alcoholic mother. Then begins an odyssey that will bring him many surprises and destroy his prejudices.

Whatever they say, Clint Eastwood keeps dreaming. His latest films, The Richard Jewell Case and The mule, have largely convinced the press and spectators. And even if The Richard Jewell Case made a small score at the box office ($ 43 million in revenue for a budget of $ 45 million), The mule had cardboard with more than 174 million dollars in revenue for a budget of 50 million.

Anyway, this first trailer for Cry Macho once again announces a sensitive, touching, even political work, and above all will mark the return of the actor in a cowboy suit. One way to go back to basics and come full circle …
