Crash Bandicoot 5: the game is confirmed, you will be surprised

After having teased its existence multiple times and having been talked about through numerous rumors, Crash Bandicoot 5 is finally showing up at the Game Awards 2022.

Crash Bandicoot 5, which can now be called Crash Team Rumble was announced during Geoff Keighley’s show with a trailer as colorful as it was very nervous.

Crash and his friends arrive in a new game

Kind of unbridled competitive game, Crash Team Rumble should feature a good part of the emblematic characters of the license like Crash and his sister Coco Bandicoot, Dingodile, Neo Cortex, Tawna and others. Obviously, this multiplayer title will offer us team games where it will be a question of fighting to win as many points as possible by scoring goals with Wumpa fruits.

Difficult to say for the moment if other game modes will be available and if mini-games will be part of it. Previous rumors spoke in particular of several kinds of multiplayer events in the vein of a Fall Guys. So it remains to be seen how this will all work out.

For now, Crash Team Rumble does not have a release date, but is still announced for 2023 on PS5, Xbox Series, PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. We will now wait for new information from Activision Blizzard and there is no doubt that they should communicate about their new game in the coming days. So wait and see.
