A real estate agency in Rhode Island, Mott & Chace, has partnered with Sotheby’s to sell this 19th century farmhouse of 14 rooms and an area of 300 m², for the not-so-modest sum of $ 1.2 million. The current owners, Cory and Jennifer Heinzen, bought it in 2019.
