On the official Twitter account of the anime adaptation of »DanMachi: Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?« was released today announcedannounced that the upcoming fourth season of the series will begin airing on Japanese TV on July 22, 2022. You can find a new trailer below.

»DanMachi IV« is again being directed by Hideki Tachibana (»Honor at Magic High School«) at Studio JC Staff. Hideki Shirane (»Monster Girl Doctor«) is co-writing the screenplay with original writer Fujino Omori, while Shigeki Kimoto (»DanMachi: Sword Oratoria«) is in charge of character design. The music is again composed by Keiji Inai.
The opening of the sequel is entitled “Tentou” and is contributed by the music group sajou no hana, which was already responsible for the ending of the third season. The ending “Guide” is sung by Saori Hayami, who also voices the character Ryu Lion.
In Germany, the first three seasons have already been licensed by the publisher Anime House. The third season has been available on DVD and Blu-ray since April 7, 2022 with German and Japanese voiceovers. The streaming service Crunchyroll offers the series on demand.
