On the official Twitter account of the anime series »Reincarnated as a Sword« (Japanese: »Tensei Shitara Ken Deshita«) was released today announcedthat it will be broadcast in Japan from October 5, 2022. You can check out a new trailer and visual below.

»Reincarnated as a Sword« is being produced at Studio C2C and directed by Shinji Ishihira (»Talentless Nana«). Takahiro Nagano is doing the series composition, while Atsuko Saitou is contributing the character design and Yasuharu Takanashi (»Bastard!!«) is composing the music.
The opening song is titled “Reincarnated as a Sword” and is sung by Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets, while the ending theme “more STRONGLY” is by Japanese singer Maon Kurosaki. The streaming service HIDIVE shows the series in simulcast.
The original light novel by Yuu Tanaka has been published in Japan since July 2016 with art by LLO. A manga adaptation by Tomoo Maruyama has been published in Denshi Birz magazine since December 2016. Both works are published by Seven Seas Entertainment in English.
