


By opening an official Twitter accounts became today knownannounced that the manga series »Chi: On the Movements of the Earth« (Japanese: »Chi.: Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite«) will receive an anime adaptation. We summarize all previous information for you.
Anime is created at Madhouse
So far it is only known that the anime will be produced in the Madhouse studio. Information about a start period or the contributors to the production has not yet been revealed. We will of course continue to keep you informed about this.
Penned by Uoto, the manga was published in Big Comic Spirits magazine from September 2020 to April 2022. Shogakukan publishers will release the final eighth volume on June 30, 2022 in Japanese retail. The work has not yet been licensed in this country.
To date, around 2.5 million copies have been sold, including digital versions, of the series, which won the grand prize at the 26th annual Tezuka Osamu Cultural Awards this spring.
