Captain Marleau : what does this new episode have in store for us?
The famous Captain Marleau is back on France 2. That the televiewers be reassured, the policewoman in the chapka interpreted by Corinne Masiero still lacks tact, compassion and method. This unprecedented episode shot in Corrèze, entitled Two lives, follows the investigation around a woman found dead in the forest. The captain will quickly realize that the deceased had two lives: her husband and her daughter thought she was dead!
The official scenario is as follows: Laetitia, a woman in her forties, is found dead in the heart of a forest de Corrèze by his companion, Christophe Lemaire. The latter, a farmer, lives with his mother, Louise, on the family farm. In charge of the investigation, Captain Marleau discovers that the deceased, who was strangled, is actually named Pauline and that her husband, Jonathan Le Bihan, and their daughter, Garance, believed her dead for ten years. One person seems to hold the keys to the mystery surrounding the victim’s life: Elodie Bagneu, Jonathan’s new wife.
Captain Marleau, well known for her lines with brittle humor, will have to face an affable Pascal Légitimus, in the role of Jonathan Le Bihan. Gustave Kervern (Clear history), meanwhile, and at the same time disturbing and touching in the role of Christophe Lemaire. We find the young actress Maeva Gonzalez who plays Garance Le Bihan. Frederique Bel (What have we done to the good Lord?) is also in the game and plays Elodie Bagneu.
We also count among his prestigious guests, the charismatic Mylène Demongeot who plays Louise Lemaire, the farmer’s mother. His character lets hover a strange and threatening atmosphere throughout this episode. A role that the famous actress took very seriously. She talks about her character in the columns of TV 7 days :
It is a kind of unhappy monster, which fiercely defends its agricultural heritage. She has enormous influence over her son, played by Gustave Kervern. Besides, I had to slap him and, given his build, it was not nothing! (Laughs) Josée Dayan gave me a real gift with this role “à la Signoret”, in her own words.
