The shooting of the 6 episodes of the tenth and final season ended at the start of the week in Sète, and part of the sets and costumes have already been put on sale for the benefit of the Center for Conductive Education of Gard, which is helping to children with motor disabilities.
Fans will however have to be patient before discovering season 10 of Candice Renoir since these episodes should not be broadcast before spring 2022 on France 2. The channel still having in stock the last four episodes of season 9 which, still according to Le Parisien, are expected on the air at the beginning of the year.
The announcement of the conclusion of the series is not so surprising since, yesterday, Raphaël Lenglet, who has played Antoine Dumas since the beginning of the series, posted a message on Instagram that looked a lot like a farewell.

“It’s not about stopping such a strong brand. But we’re going to change Candice Renoir’s form after season 10 airs.”, explains Anne Holmes, director of fiction at France Télévisions.
Two episodes are already in writing and could start shooting next year for a broadcast in 2023. With the program of possible new executives, such as Corsica, according to a source mentioned by Le Parisien. And as good news never comes alone, the fiction boss of France Télévisions also confirms the start of a crossover between Candice Renoir and Alex Hugo, the mountain cop played by Samuel Le Bihan.
