Nothing stops the success of Spider-Man: No Way Home! The film remains solidly at the top of this week’s France box office, now exceeding 6 million admissions. Tous en scène has just crossed the 2 million mark!
BOX-OFFICE FROM 5 TO 11 JANUARY 2022: THE TOP 10
Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to weave its web, now over 6 million admissions. It is now on the heels of franchises such as Harry Potter and Taxi 3 at the all-time box office in France. It also exceeds Terminator 2. A month after its release, the film recorded 500,000 additional admissions.
In this context, it is difficult for the novelties to succeed in taking the lead in the standings. The Virginie Efira – Romain Duris tandem nonetheless manages to attract nearly 230,000 curious people in one week, for Waiting for Bojangles.
Two other novelties only manage to reach the top 10: 355, feminine action franchise, led by Jessica Chastain (120,000 admissions) and the new Paul Thomas Anderson who does not demerit with nearly 117,000 admissions to taste his Licorice Pizza ! A start that is between The Master and Punch-Drunk Love.
All in scene 2 is now 3rd in the ranking but continues to unite, this week exceeding the symbolic milestone of 2 million admissions. With Encanto (9th this week), it is the second animated film – since the start of the health crisis in March 2020 – to cross this 2 million mark.
The Tuche 4 approaching 2.5 million admissions. Its score greatly exceeds that of the first part (1.5 million entries), but remains far from the enormous successes of episode 2 (4.6 M) and 3 (5.7 M).
(Superb stability (-13%) again for # LaPanthèreDesNeiges with 79,697 admissions out of 526 prints in the 4th week: we are already at 381,891 admissions! The 500,000 admissions will be exceeded and its place in the Top 5 of Art and 2021 trial is assured Hands raised Applause cc @hautetcourt
Note again the very good word of mouth for the documentary The Snow Leopard. The film goes to 400,000 admissions.
