Before its release in stores on PS5 and PC, Ghostwire Tokyo offers a pre-launch trailer. The publisher also details the pre-order bonuses.
Have you read Ghostwire Tokyo’s interactive prequel on PS4 or PS5? So you are almost ready for the release of the new Tango Gameworks (The Evil Within, The Evil Within 2). But before the launch and the trailer that will go with it, the developers drew a pre-launch trailer during the last State of Play.
Akito and KK against a cursed Tokyo
Ghostwire Tokyo is being discovered more and more as the release approaches. The game will be available on March 25, 2022, on playstation5 and computer. In the meantime, here’s a new video that alternates between narrative elements and pure gameplay.
You play as Akito and by extension KK, the entity that possesses you, and must both save Tokyo, the hero’s sister, and remove Hannya, the main antagonist. He has a less humanitarian mission since he aspires to harvest tons of souls to connect the world – in which the characters live – to the next. A destruction operation right in the Japanese capital.
How far would you go to save the city? Following the mass disappearance of Tokyo’s population and the appearance of supernatural creatures in our reality, an unlikely duo seek to uncover the truth and confront sinister forces that have invaded the city in Ghostwire: Tokyo.
Although it is an action game, you will come across a bunch of scary paranormal creatures. The former creative director warned: “it’s spooky!”.
Ghostwire Tokyo: pre-order bonuses
If the trailer makes a good impression on you, then you might want to book Ghostwire Tokyo. By doing so, you will get bonuses like Hannya and premium biker outfits. And if you put a little more money into the Deluxe Edition, you’ll get the “shinobi” and “kunai” getups, plus three-day early access. The app will therefore be unlockable from March 22.
