Attack on Titans: a new game announced, the most realistic to date?

Despite the end of the manga, the Attack on Titan phenomenon does not weaken. With the anime’s final episodes approaching next year, a VR game is coming to Meta Quest 2 for 2023. Here’s everything we know.

Attack on Titan is coming to VR

Attack on Titan returns to video games. After AOT Wings of Freedom, its sequel and a few relatively successful mobile games, it’s the turn of the developers from the UNIVRS studio to announce a new adaptation. Action and hunting oriented, Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable will immerse you in Hajime Isayama’s manga universe in a more immersive way than ever. A title still very nebulous for the moment since no image has been shown.

We know, however, that it will be playable both solo and in cooperation with up to two players, and that it will be offered with English and Japanese dubbing, all with subtitles. For the rest, we will have to wait for a first real trailer to see what it has in store, but it has all the cards in hand to become the most realistic Attack on Titan game to date. We remember a fan made who made the buzz last year on TikTok and that was pretty promising. With UNIVRS in charge, fans could still get their teeth into a good adaptation. The studio worked on Little Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing, a nice VR game also taken from an anime and which received a good reception from the general public.
