Assassin’s Creed Jade, the next game to be set in China has been revealed in advance. A 3-minute video is already circulating on the Web. Here are the first pictures.
The Assassin’s Creed license still has a bright future ahead of it. AC Mirage will arrive next year for a homecoming hoped for by so many fans. Will follow AC Red the opus in Japan and AC Hexe which should sign a title very different from the others. Amid its console and PC games, Ubisoft also announced Assassin’s Creed Jade, an open-world mobile game set in China. It is this episode which is today the victim of a big leak. Here is what it will look like.
First stolen video for Assassin’s Creed Jade
Ubisoft games and leaks, a beautiful love story. After AC Mirage, it’s Assassin’s Creed Jade’s turn to reveal itself before its time. This weekend, a stolen video made the rounds of the Web. We see a first look at the ambitious mobile game designed as a traditional episode. The first images also go in this direction, with a gameplay and an interface substantially similar to the last productions of the series like Valhalla and Odyssey with a level system for the character like the enemies. For a production of this caliber it seems clearly promising, especially since it is an alpha version which in no way represents the final version of AC Jade.
The few clips show the character Dengling Bai defending an ancient fortress from attackers. The opportunity to see a short combat phase, travel via a zip line and a brief cutscene. As a reminder, Assassin’s Creed Jade will allow players to explore China in the year 215 BC. They will be able to create their own character for the first time in the series, and even cross the Great Wall of China. No release window has been revealed for this episode. While waiting for future games in the saga, Ubisoft invites you to play Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for free this weekend.
