From a rather classic starting point (on paper only), Presque takes the more unexpected form of a comedy mixing humor, tenderness and … philosophy! As these first images show, the film relies heavily on this endearing tandem made up of Bernard Campan, well known to fans of the Unknowns, and the philosopher Alexandre Jollien.

The film is co-written and co-directed by Alexandre Jollien and Bernard Campan. This tandem really forged a friendship in life, and was therefore freely inspired by this story for this fiction full of tenderness.
Alexandre Jollien, of which it is the first feature film in the cinema, discovered philosophy in the 90s, and it will become his field of predilection. In 1999, he published his first work, Praise of Weakness, a philosophical and autobiographical story in which he looked back on his youth spent in a specialized center in the form of a dialogue with Socrates.
