On the program: a bunch of friends, mysterious disappearances and supernatural elements that will change the lives of the inhabitants of the Spanish Levant.
Paraíso: a fantastic and retro adventure
Created by Fernando González Molina, Ruth García and David Oliva, this series in 7 52-minute episodes transports us to the end of the summer of 1992. While three 15-year-old teenagers disappeared without a trace after a night out at a disco, Javi, younger brother of one of the victims, believes the police are looking in the wrong direction.
In the company of his best friends Quino and Álvaro, and the bully of the Zeta class, he will investigate and understand that the truth and the culprits lie far beyond our world …
Presented at the CANNESERIES 2021 festival, Paraíso shines with a visual and musical atmosphere so 90’s – which is not unlike that of Stranger Things -, but also by its captivating investigation led by endearing, funny and moving characters.
On screen, we discover the talents of young actors such as Pau Gimeno in the title role of Javi, Cristian López, León Martinez, Héctor Gozalbo, Patricia Iserte, and María Romanillos seen in Antidisturbios.
