In the “WeCrashed” series, available from March 18 on Apple TV+, Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway play the couple behind WeWork.
This is the story of a rise and a brutal fall, that of a couple destined for success. Adam and Rebekah Neumann are the founders of WeWork, a company specializing in the management of coworking spaces. Founded in 2010, the company was a great success, before the lifestyle of its creator came to spoil the fairy tale.
WeCrashed is the series that tells this fate. Composed of 8 episodes, it is created by Lee Eisenberg (LittleAmerica, Good Boys) and Drew Crevello (The Long Dark), also co-writers, executive producers and co-showrunners.
To embody the couple, it is Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway who will give the reply on the screen. The actor, expected in the new Marvel film Morbius – sworn enemy of Spider-Man – fresh off the success of House of Gucci by Ridley Scott, another biopic, in which he played the ruined heir Paolo Gucci, son of Aldo Gucci.
According to the first images of the trailer, WeCrashed promises to offer an interesting new performance from Jared Leto, big fan of transformations. Here, the interpreter is easily recognizable, but already borrows an accent which risks, again, to make speak.

WeCrashed arrives on Apple TV+ on March 18, with one episode every Friday.
