“Eternals’ is far from the most popular film in the gargantuan Marvel Cinematic Universe among MCU purists. When asked who is the most popular hero in the blockbuster adventure’s large lineup of main characters, there was still a lot of agreement: It’s Gilgamesh, played by South Korean action star Don Lee aka Dong-Seok Ma. In the slipstream of world success “Eternals“ Various crackers are now coming to the local market, which were filmed in his homeland. The latest of these is the one originally produced in 2018 “unstoppable”.
That’s what it’s about: Dong-Chul (Dong-Seok Ma) gave up being a gangster years ago in order to be able to lead a peaceful, harmonious life in Seoul with his wife Ji-Soo (Ji-Hyo Song). But then one day he comes home, finds the apartment devastated and has to realize that his beloved wife has been kidnapped by a brutal human trafficking ring. Of course, like Liam Neeson did with his daughter in “96 Hours”, he doesn’t put up with it and takes action himself.
In no time at all, Dong-Chul mutates back into the merciless fighting machine that made him so efficient in his previous life as a criminal. With uncompromising severity, he hits and shoots his way through the city’s underworld in order to free his wife from the hands of her tormentors, whatever the cost.
“Unstoppable” will be released in Germany on September 30, 2022 with FSK-16 approval on Blu-ray and DVD. Both formats can already be pre-ordered from online providers such as Amazon:

Min-Ho Kim directed the action and revenge hit. The former stuntman (“War Of The Wizards”) made his directing and screenwriting debut here.
Leading actor Dong-Seok Ma was already enjoying himself in the West before “Eternals’ of considerable popularity due to the zombie hit ‘Train To Busan’ and the hit thriller ‘The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil’. There are a few other well-known faces of South Korean cinema at his side. These include Ji-Hyo Song (“Blood & Flowers”), Sung-Ho Kim from the Netflix fun “Pirates: The King’s Treasure” and Min-Jae Kim from “Peninsula” and “Telekinesis”.
