The family and positive narrative of comedy The Cadors
The first comedy trailer The Cadors shows us the story of two brothers that everything opposes. Antoine (Gregoire Ludig) is family father while Christian (Jean-Paul Rouve) is a eternal unemployed and brawler. Having severed their ties for a long time, it is the death of their father that will reunite them… Before Christian stays a little longer than expected, to support his brother having money problems. The ugly duckling then goes catch upand prove to his brother that he is not incapable.
The Cadorsso it is a family story and reunion on a background of comedy. Christian’s blunders and delusions contrast with the rigor of his brother, immersed in his professional and parental daily life. The two characters end up visibly rubbing off on each other, creating a beneficial mix for the duo. The reconciliation is in order, and this despite Antoine’s exasperated look at his brother’s foolishness…
A trailer that brings colors back to life
Directed by Julien Guetta, The Cadors offers us from its first images a joy of living certain. His previous film Ride youth (with Eric Judor and Laure Calamy) already offered us luminous colors to stick to it. Fluorescent t-shirts, blue work clothes and multicolored cars are replaced here by colorful containers, flashy interiors and abundant greenery. This special attention gives everyday meaning representedwhere the characters no longer notice their surroundings.
Thanks to the colors, we again pay attention to the usual things. Spectators and protagonists are thus brought together in this rediscovery of reality and the omnipresent beauty that makes up life.
